Refund Policy

Return Policy

As a B2B customer, you have the right to return products within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the products are unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The medical device is undamaged, complete, and in its original packaging.
  • The assistive device has not been used or installed.
  • Unfortunately, returns of custom-made or personalized devices are not possible.
  • Return shipments must be handled by a reliable carrier to prevent damage during transit.

Return Procedure

  1. Notify us of the return by sending an email to hello@qwiek.nl with your order number, company name, and the devices you wish to return.
  2. Once your return request has been approved, we will send you further instructions, including the return address and any shipping labels.
  3. Pack the assistive devices carefully to prevent damage during shipping.
  4. Send the assistive devices to the return address we provide.

Please note: You are responsible for the costs of returning the assistive devices, unless they are defective or were delivered incorrectly.

Refund

Once we have received the returned assistive devices in good condition, we will refund the full purchase price of the returned products within 30 days to the bank account number provided to us. Shipping costs are not refundable, unless you received an incorrect or defective assistive device.
